What is the death penalty?

 Is a government sanctioned practice whereby a person is put to death by the state as a punishment for a crime. The sentence that someone be punished in such a manner is referred to as a death sentence, whereas the act of carrying out the sentence is known as an execution. Crimes that are punishable by death are known as capital crimes or capital offences, and they commonly include offences such as murder, treason, espionage, war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide.

Facts:

·        Death penalty punishes poor people.

·        Death penalty condens the innocent to die.

·        Death penalty don't help to prove that people can change, not giving them a chance to rejoin society.

·        Death penalty goes against  the right of life.

·        There is no proots that the death  penalty stops other peoples commiting similiar crimes.

·        Death penalty puts peoples  life in risk.

·        poor quality defenses leaves many sentenced to death.

·        Scientific studies have failled to demonstrate that exucutions deter people from  comminting crime.

CONCLUSION:

In my view, the death penalty is an inhuman act that privatizes the right to life.

Neither condemning a person to death penalty would end the crime, because it is something that would never end and could not be avoided.
